The formula to freedom as a gym owner is simple…

Fix the leaks - stop bleeding members. Ask yourself what sort of service would I deliver to virtually guarantee every person that walked through the door achieved the outcomes they wanted. Do that. Referrals go up, retention goes up attrition goes down.

Acquisition - tell people you exist. Advertise your business. Gym owners have a bad taste in their mouth about advertising, and rightfully so. Most are bad at it, hell, most agencies are even bad at it. Get good at it and create marketing aligned with your brand that attracts high quality leads.

Systems - create systems that deliver outcomes for clients so that you aren’t relying on one all start coach, or worse, relying on yourself to do everything. Your system delivers outcomes, you’re A player staff facilitates that system.

Team & leaderships - It’s your job to build a vision big enough to fit your team’s vision. Create the vision, lay the path, get to work. Oh and the vision you have to grow from $30k/mo to $35k/mo is way too small. Think bigger.
