What we see with our partners is that if they did one estimate a day and they got good at those from a lot of practice, it's not uncommon to close half of those estimates.

For example we have a contractor in Oklahoma City that we sent over 100 estimate requests to over 3 months. He was able to close 40% of those estimates. It was a lot of work on his part to do 100 estimates. And it's even more work to follow up on all those estimates but over 40 of them turned into paying customers. The average fence installation was worth $5,000 to him. So he grossed $200,000 in the first three months working with us. Typically there is a 30% profit margin on those jobs.

Think about what happens over the course of a year. If you had 1 fence estimate per workday. 5 per week. it would be 250 estimates for the year. If you closed half of those estimates, that is 125 fences. If the average fence install was worth $5,000 that would be $650,000 in revenue.

Now lets assume your truck is parked in front of a house and you put a small sign up on the property with your logo and phone number and a few neighbors see it that also need a fence. It's very possible that word of mouth from doing quality work generates you another 75 fences. So you do 200 fences for the year and that gets you to a million-dollar business.

30% profit margin generates $300k in profit for the year.

It's a lot of work but if you use our system to have a consistent flow of estimates. You do quality work. You follow up with those estimates to try to get the job. IT's possible to see these results in 12 months.
