I’m SO thrilled to share my latest win! I’ve earned my OBM (Online Business Manager) OBM School Certification credentials badges in Business Management Systems and Operations Management! 🥳🥳🥳

These skills helped me in understanding and identifying key systems in a Business and allowed me to apply my critical thinking as a means to prioritize these systems and automations in a business.

I can now effectively be able to audit a business' systems structure and provide effective solutions for streamlining, implementing systems and establishing order and procudures.

These credentials have also helped me in understanding of Operations Management and the ability to streamline business operations for maximum efficiency.

I have now the ability to lead clients and teams in operations management and also able to outline and communicate an effective plan for optimizing business operations, streamline existing operations, and effectively delegate responsibilities within a team.

This is WHY you need to know your Ideal Client Avatar 😇

One of the biggest mistakes most people make is trying to cater their services to everyone. 🤦

You need to realize that when you speak to everyone, you end up speaking to NO ONE!!

When you don't know who to market to, you end up marketing to everybody, which is alligns to no one.

Identifying your ideal client narrows the scope of your marketing efforts and enables you to market your services to the right person on Instagram. 🙋

Some of the important points you need to keep in mind while figuring out your Ideal Client:

👉🏼 Demographics
👉🏼 What stage are they in their business?
👉🏼 What are their goals?
👉🏼 What are their struggles?
👉🏼 What are their buying habits?
👉🏼 What is the transformation they are looking for?

You need to come up with answers to these questions to know who exactly you want to serve and get clarity on your ideal audience.

This is HOW you write a Great Caption that grabs your audience attention!! ❤️

A great Instagram caption will add context, show off your brand’s personality, entertain the audience, and/or compel people to take action.

Make them attention-grabbing and easy to read and follow.

A caption could follow Hook- Value - CTA structure.

Hook : Add a hook in the first sentence to make your followers stop scrolling and to grab their attention. Place the most important words at the beginning of the caption. 😵

Write in a converstaional manner as if you are talking to a friend than being robotic. People tend to connect with people. 👬 👫

Value: Provide value based on the hook that you wanted to share with your audience - it could be educational, inspiring, entertaining, funny, emotional. 📚

CTA: Always end your caption with a CTA (call to action) ⏏️

This will make your audience to perform a specific task that you wanted them to perform - be it comment below, click the link in bio, DM me or anyting you want your audience to take the next action.

Compelling Instagram captions will lead to more engagement. And engagement is one of the key three things the Instagram algorithm considers when showing your content in other account feeds.
