as an over thinker and anxious mind, my absolute BEST medicine is cardio and going for runs outdoors. its HEALING

i go through seasons of anxiety.
so 2023 i decided im going to focus more on the things to heal that - >
*going for runs daily
*cutting out alcohol
*a gallon of LIVING water every single day
*prioritizing sleep and self care
*switching from coffee -> matcha & cacao
*eating more single ingredient foods

2023 is the year to SURRENDER.
excited for whats to come

A year ago, I felt lost, confused, like I didn't have a purpose.

I didn't feel called to go back to my "job" because I wasn't ready to leave my baby when she was only 4 weeks old. I was still healing and I knew my "job" wasn't what I was called to do for the rest of my life.

I was miserable, surrounded by negativity and bad talk, bosses who looked at me like I was a nobody and every single day I sat and watched the clock tick until I could go home.

I didn't want to leave my baby for that...

I resigned and 2 months later I found what I have been searching for. A business model that provided me with a passion and purpose. I knew this is what I was searching for.

I'm now fulfilled, happy and feeling ALIVE again. I get to watch my daughter reach these milestones, explore and adventure through life and become her own little self.

Because I said YES to an opportunity.

2023 is approaching! Anyone else still feel like it's 1999? CRAZY!

Time moves quickly! But now is the time to reflect back on where you are and where you truly see your future self. Are you exactly where you want to be?

What are some major goals you have for yourself? Your family?

One day her hands will be as big as mine, she'll be trying on my shoes and stealing the clothes in my closet. She won't let me brush her hair or help her pick out her outfit. She may even tell me I'm annoying. She'll want nothing to do with
stuffed animals or the "buzzee bee" and may even prefer to sit in her room one day and be completely unbothered by me.

I know there are many things to look forward too, but also many things I fear as my sweet little bean becomes an adult.

So for now, I'm soaking in these precious little moments, memories & laughs, because these months and years move oh so quickly

& This is why I wanted to build a life where I can have my girl
by my side and fully embrace each and every moment with her.
I'll be able to teach Oakley exactly what it takes to accomplish
your goals and never settle for less

Success to me is...

- My passive income is more than my lifestyle expenses
- My husband is able to work from home with me
- Starting the day asking myself "how do I want to spend my day"
- We as a family can live anywhere in the world
- Creating new hobbies and exploring new adventures
- Time doesn't effect me because the only time is "now"
- My husband and I hold a few investment properties
- Finances and money is never stressful because I am abundant
- Traveling as a family whenever we want for as long as we want

Success can be defined in many ways. Success to living the life I choose, not having to rely on someone else to tell me I can or can't take a vacation, telling me my income is capped, or being surrounded by toxic work environments. I am the creator of my journey *
