Did you know you can target people on Facebook and Instagram, based on their email address?
If you have a database of your clients, that has their email address and/or cell number, you can target those people on Facebook via ads. In addition, you can also exclude those people from your campaigns, if you do not wish to show them a particular set of ads.
This allows you to show specific messages to people based on their previous purchase behavior, or where they are in the sales funnel.

Trying to plan your brand's growth over multiple quarters, or even a year, can be daunting.
Try visualizing your plan on a high level until it works, then dive deeper into the intricacies of each quarter and tier.
For convenience sake, I use either Powerpoint or Google slides. But an online tool called Miro, is geared for building flowcharts, and has giant workspaces to build out your projects.

I find it helpful to visualize the plan, as to not drown them in numbers.

Even if just laying out the Top Level Funnel strategy, so they understand the plan, and what you are planning to invest their budget in.

Use Power Editor to manage your Facebook Ads

Use remarketing – it works
If you’re not familiar with the term, ‘re-marketing’ means advertising directly to people you already have a connection with. This might include visitors to your website, your email database, Twitter followers or fans of your page.

All of the major advertising tools offer re-marketing (though Facebook calls it Custom Audiences) including Google Ads and it’s proven to offer higher returns than normal online advertising for lower costs. The Constant Contact marketplace offers several tools that aim to make retargeting your email contacts easier.

If your staff is sitting at home twiddling their thumbs at this time, put them to work writing content for your website (or even making videos).
Let them write content on How To's, FAQs, advice, tips and hacks.
If they are lost for ideas, log into your Google Analytics account, and under Acquisition > campaigns > Organic Keywords, see what phrases people are searching for to find your website. (filter your time-scale over a year). Based on these topics, it will be easy to write content for your blog or newsfeed.
Make sure the content is informative and conversational, not just bullet points. If you use any images, be sure to give them alt tags that are relevant to the article and image.
Also, be sure to link some words and phrases to other pages in your website, or even externally, to improve your Information Architecture.

When planning any digital marketing strategy, it's a knee-jerk reaction to only chase leads. However, you need to create awareness and feed the top of the funnel as well. If people do not know your brand or product exists, they will never convert a lead. Creating a strategy that covers wider audiences in the Awareness phase, more narrow audiences and lookalike audiences in the Consideration Phase. And finally, re-marketing to people who have shown interest, but have not yet converted. This strategy will ensure you are able to manage your budgets, and if you separate your audiences sufficiently, you will be able to track which is turning into leads, and which is wasting your money.

Using your TV ad creative as a YouTube ad, is not going to get you the results you want.
Firstly, TV ads have the CTA at the end. YouTube ads needs to get the viewers attention within the first few seconds, otherwise they skip.
Secondly, YouTube is not a platform to get leads from. It should be an awareness driver only. Use this platform for the top of your funnel, to drive brand awareness, and pique interest. The best strategy is to create a remarketing list of those who have watched your video, and target them again on Google Search or Display, with a more targeting, lower funnel message.
Lastly, if you want people to watch, engage and share your video, it needs to be EDUCATIONAL, EMOTIONAL, ENTERTAINING. Just pumping out content with a sales pitch, is a waste of money.
