FOUNDER'S STORY PART 3 - ""How do you find clients?""
3 words: INTENTIONALITY, COMMUNITY, MUTUAL CONNECTIVITY
There is power in shared success. Businesses thrive when they are supported, trusted, and valued by their clients (and vice versa!).
ShineThru has grown our network and expanded our reach by leading all conversations with value, first, and an empathetic understanding of what they're trying to create. We have built and continue to foster a tight-knit community of passionate business owners seeking brand support, many of whom have also turned into great friends. We never look at new clients as numbers or metrics - rather, we approach all situations from a place of support and value. Then, when things go well, we continue to grow our portfolio by asking these same clients for referrals to other impactful, well-meaning companies looking for similar support. It's a beautiful, cumulative snowball effect that's turned out GREAT for us so far!
