The dreaded to do list! 🫠 It never seems to clear out and tasks always seem to be added at a rapid rate. One way to make it a lot easier on yourself is getting help with a virtual assistant.
The first thing you can give them are the easy tasks that take time away from your business but still need to get done. Scheduling, phone calls, weeding through resumes all can be handled easily and professionally with a good VA.

Some consider it a super power but it's true, your social media manager can keep you trendy! It's hard for business owners to keep up with the ever changing social media trends. There are memes, certain songs, styles of videos that can propel your posts and brand so much further when you use them.
Maybe it's time for you to level up and hire a social media manager who can help you hit the goals you have been trying to achieve on your own!

This is something I have to remind myself ALL the time. Many of us get swept up in productivity, multi-tasking and squeezing every moment out of every day.
🚫This will never be sustainable. You will burn out.🚫
I don't know if it's because I am a LIbra cusp but I am forever looking for the perfect ⚖️ of all aspects of my life. To do that, sometimes I have lazy days. Days where I read nearly a whole book. Laundry? Don't know her. Chores? Tomorrow's problem. Dinner? Uber Eats.
Be sure to find the balance that we all need in our lives 🥰

SPOILER ALERT: I am a worrier....
One of the books I read my kids when they were young was "Jonathan James and the Whatif Monster." The book is great and helps bring up conversations on being worried or afraid of new situations. The ending, while predictable, is something we all struggle with.....what if it all goes right?
We are all used to preparing for the worst we have a hard time letting in the best. So today I challenge you, and myself, to be bold and assume it will all go right 🥰

To put it simply.....YES!

Analytics are one of the best ways to measure you social success. Your social media manager should be giving you:
- monthly metrics
- an overview of what posts did well and what did not
- monthly/quarterly follower count and demographics
- an update on how close they are to the goals you two have set

If they aren't, then begin today! In any of our social media accounts, it is very easy to find this information and to see how things have grown over time.

For your website, you should have it connected to a Google Analytics account to help you measure your metrics there!
