Have You Seen What’s New On YouTube?

There have been several exciting new features and expansions on the app and that got me thinking about whether or not I’m utilizing the platform to its fullest potential.

We all know about YouTube Shorts, but have you begun to play with the cool effects the platform now offers for creating them? There is also Posts, the community space that allows you to engage with your audience there.

Running a business can be tough, but setting short & long-term goals gives you something to keep moving towards.

As Mom to a newborn plus two big kids, running a business with networking & nonprofit service mixed in...sometimes small steps are the I best I can do. BUT knowing I'm making progress toward my goals helps keeps stress low(ish) and spirits high(ish).

A few goals that I'm currently working toward are:

✅Automating systems to free up time & energy
✅Implement (and actually use) CRM so I can improve communication and better serve my clients
✅Re-start my podcast & shine a spotlight on my favorite local business owners

A client said this the other day and I was reminded of my dirty little habit of getting something 99% of the way "there" and then moving the goalpost on myself.

There will quite literally *always* be room for improvement so...when it comes to your marketing goals (or any goals, really)...stop aiming for perfect and start aiming for DONE ✅
