Life is too short to waste time worrying about what other people think of you. Never listen to someone who knows you completely because they know how you react and cope with battles and may consider your poor past actions to be the next option for you. They think they know you, but they only met you at your weakest stage in life. They can be considered as company in some dark situations, but if they are not on the same path as you or maybe not even on any path at all, it will be very difficult to consider them essential to your success. Only listen to people that are ahead of you on the same path, because they hold the key to the door that's blocking your way.

In a game of chess, the king is your life. If the king dies, the whole kingdom collapses. But it always depends on how the king makes a move. Lose a night, you still have one more; lose a pawn, you have several more; lose a queen, you can make one with a pawn. There's a reason why the king is limited in number and actions. The king makes one move that has far-reaching consequences if he takes one wrong step. There will be no more extra pieces to back him up, and it all collapses. You are the king of your life, you are surrounded by the things you have built with your greatest effort, and one mistake can cause you to lose it all.

The poor dad will never understand the rich dad (RK), just as he can never understand the rich mindset. They regard you as a fool if you drop out of university. You will have no future. You will be unable to secure your finances and raise a family. But then, suddenly, you decided to turn everything around, and years later, you are the creator of that strong future; you have secured finances and built a healthy family. But still, you are the same fool to them, who see no value in a man without a formal education. But don't worry; once you get there, you will be the talk of their own greatness, and they will consider you their creation. Now, who's the fool?
