Sarah, High Tide's executive assistant, is an organizational master who is known for her ability to communicate effectively, identify problems and provide solutions (and keep the High Tide ship running with ease). Her initiative and commitment to learning new things have pushed her to excel in both her personal and professional life. She uses the lessons she learns and combines them with her personal experience to bring a new level of passion and drive into everything that she does. That passion and drive allowed her to learn how to build her first website from scratch, publish a book and start a podcast right out of high school.

As the Executive Assistant at High Tide, Sarah keeps the team tidy and efficient, as she specializes in maintaining team organization and supporting projects as fast as she can learn about them. When not at High Tide, Sarah is an avid skier and snowboarder, an author and a dog enthusiast.

Amanda is High Tide's social media expert, wearing hats ranging from digital marketing strategist to event coordinator. She worked as a Communications Specialist for a Seattle-based public relations firm, Strategies 360, a Marketing Assistant with, Lavu Inc. and a Marketing Coordinator with the Canadian-based cannabis company, iAnthus Capital Management, where she coordinated all marketing operations for the Florida-based company, GrowHealthy. Amanda’s favorite free time activity is to drive back roads and explore the mountains with her husband, Tyler, and their two fur babies, Alyza and Bisco.

Joining Hannah at High Tide is communications and marketing expert, Lexi Boese.

After creating her own speaking program for the public school district in Albuquerque at 20 years old, Lexi has gone on to become a communications entrepreneur. At 23, Lexi joined a biotechnology startup and created a strategy that not only commercialized its first 8 products worldwide but helped them raise over a quarter of a million dollars.

Since then, she has commercialized other start-up organizations, ranging from biotechnology to kung-fu studios. As a writer, creative strategist and communications expert, Lexi’s passions lie in understanding people and helping them match them with products or services that will better their lives.

When she’s not working you can find her at Boese Brew Co supporting her husband’s businesses, or exploring the outdoors. She is currently working on her first novel.
