The short story behind 𝐑𝐈𝐂𝐄 𝐂𝐎𝐎𝐊𝐄𝐑𝐒 & 𝐑𝐀𝐌𝐄𝐍 𝐁𝐎𝐖𝐋𝐒:

This art card collection series is inspired by a life story of mine.

𝐑𝐈𝐂𝐄 𝐂𝐎𝐎𝐊𝐄𝐑𝐒: My very first appliance ever since college. This has been a life-saver throughout my dark days whenever I wanna stay home. Aside from cooking my food, it also helped me through my health struggles. It became beneficial when I had my surgery and I needed to boil water 3 times a day as part of my recovery (surgery anonymous)

𝐑𝐀𝐌𝐄𝐍 𝐁𝐎𝐖𝐋𝐒: College was rough and I had to budget my money for food. Noodles were the last option before I get my allowance for the next week. I know it's unhealthy but I do my best to avoid instant noodles. LOL.

𝐅𝐀𝐐:

𝐁𝐔𝐓 𝐖𝐇𝐘 𝐃𝐄𝐒𝐈𝐆𝐍 𝐃𝐈𝐅𝐅𝐄𝐑𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐑𝐈𝐂𝐄 𝐂𝐎𝐎𝐊𝐄𝐑𝐒?
Well, in my hyper-fixated space, while my food is getting cooked, I love imagining how they would look in different forms. Thus, I started this collection series.

𝐖𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐄 𝐃𝐈𝐃 𝐘𝐎𝐔 𝐅𝐈𝐑𝐒𝐓 𝐃𝐄𝐒𝐈𝐆𝐍 𝐈𝐓?
I started developing this as a cross-stitch piece and stitching them in my Twitch streams. It started as a basic gold rice cooker then made themes such as "Heineken Rice Cooker" and "Pumpkin Rice Cooker".

𝐖𝐇𝐘 𝐀𝐑𝐓 𝐂𝐀𝐑𝐃𝐒?
There is little appreciation for small prints of this size. I want to also spread awareness that there is also more to love with art prints that are smaller than A6 prints.

This is also inspired by K-Pop photo cards that you find in albums. I want to create a spark from this for the collectors.

𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐈𝐒 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐏𝐋𝐀𝐍 𝐈𝐍 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐅𝐔𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄?
It was well-received when I made the debut of this collection during Cebu Literary Festival with minimal promo. This was basically a scrapped project but I had to revive it, that's why.

So far, I will be releasing card collections with more inclusions such as stickers, lucky packs and more! I also want to revive the cross-stitch aspect of this project as well!

From Table 59, we would like to thank everyone for the support during those 3 days! We had fun!

Ps. I didn't get to stay during Day 3 because I also had another event at Seaside haha! I'm thankful for my assistant for doing all the work that day.
