Before the quarantine, our Israeli cuisine cafe worked only on site and delivered food using delivery services.
After the introduction of the self-isolation regime, we closed the cafe. The number of orders for delivery has increased — now we receive from 30 to 80 applications per day. Therefore, since March 28, we have launched our own delivery. We deliver ourselves: waiters and Zhenya. It does not always work quickly, but we deliver food all over Moscow and even to the region.
The menu was reduced in places, expensive and complex dishes were abandoned, as well as those that could not be delivered in good condition (seafood in marinara sauce or shakshuka). But at the same time, new positions were introduced: hummus, bowls, chicken cutlets. In general, every week we add something new and launch special offers for the weekend.
And we also made three certificates. One is for 10 hummus, you can use it even now. And two certificates "for the future": for 3,000 and 7,500 rubles. When we open, they can be spent equivalent to 4,000 and 10,000 rubles, respectively.
