We’re hiring!
Underground Creative is looking for a Marketing Assistant to help keep our projects organized, moving, and running smoothly for our clients.
This role is less about creating ads and more about coordinating what needs to happen behind the scenes. You’ll help manage timelines, keep tasks on track, communicate with the team, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
You’d be working across multiple client projects, supporting campaign ex*****on, organizing details, and helping our team deliver great work for the businesses we serve.
A few things that matter in this role:
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Clear, consistent communication
• Ability to manage multiple moving pieces at once
• Willingness to learn and take ownership
If you enjoy creating structure, keeping things moving, and being part of a team that supports local businesses, this could be a great fit.

Give Back Tri-Cities recently did a push to provide food for those experiencing food security issues, as well as filling the food lockers at our local schools. So, we’re out picking up everything that your generous donations went to.

We were excited to partner with our friends at Roto-Rooter to give them a brand new home online. The new site makes it simple for customers to get what they need—whether that’s booking a repair, finding quick answers, or reaching out when the unexpected happens (because plumbing emergencies never check your calendar).

A very happy birthday to one of our founders and owners, Jerrod! You may know him as "Buddyyyy" or "Big Dog J Easy". Having reached the monumental age of 58, despite having to deal with us as employees, is frankly an achievement!

Jerrod will be out of office for a week to recover from his wild birthday party antics, but rest assured he'll read all of your happy birthday messages!
