Good afternoon everyone. Due to the recent volatility in the economy, one of my best Virtual Assistants unfortunately lost her main client for now. She started with me as an intern in 2022 at Goldfish & Co. Marketing, became my employee in 2023, and has been with me ever since.
She is available part-time from 7 AM to 12 PM EST, and open to taking on additional hours as needed.

Her skills include:
* Social media management
* Administrative support
* Scheduling
* Engagement
* Familiarity with REI

Her rate is $7/hour with a $100 retainment fee for 6 months. You can exit the contract at any time, but the $100 retainment fee is non-refundable.
If you’re interested, please let me know and I will gladly send over her formal résumé. I’m also available for calls if you have any questions or would like to understand how our VA placement process works.

Leadership around the world is now so masculine and aggressive. The risk is that women then think they need to become men in order to lead. But don’t try to be a man to lead because you can’t out-man a man. Just thinking aloud on a Monday afternoon. Maybe the world needs more of the kind of leadership that comes naturally to women, like empathetic, intuitive, and strong in a different way.

If you’re young and the situation allows, make this year the beginning of something new. Enroll in that course, learn that skill, or start that business you’ve been dreaming of.
