We are looking for a “lead gen specialist” to manage all things paid/organic lead generation. This will focus heavily on facebook/Instagram ads, as well as moving into Google Ads, YouTube Ads, as well as other paid ad platforms and organic lead gen. There is potential for this individual to hire and oversee additional staff for this department as well as begin working with & supporting our client relations.

With everything that's going on we've been struggling to find focus which we know is true for a lot of people. We've been listening, learning, reading, watching, protesting, donating, petitioning, and reaching out. We do not have the answers but we are doing the best we can. We won’t be silent.

We stand with the Black community. We stand with all people of colour, indigenous, LGBTQA+, and more who experience racism and injustice here in Canada and beyond.

We stand for being inclusive, creating a safe space for all, and will continue to support the fight for equality, respect, and human rights. We will continue to educate ourselves, take action, and spread the word about .

You won't hear us say selling. We say educating.

Thanks to Hollywood and everyone's experience with telemarketers we've all got this sour taste about sales. But please don't fall into the trap of thinking that selling is always like some aggressive door to door sales guy. In fact the opposite is true. Your customers need you! You provide a solution to their problem. You make their life better!

All you need to do is focus on helping your customer solve their problem. Educate them on their problem. Educate them on the solutions. Teach them how to get from where they are now to their desired state. Along this journey your product or service is the key ingredient to the transformation your customer seeks.

When you focus on educating you end up providing value. And when you provide value you develop trust with your customers. Your customers see that you care. Your customers see that you are experienced. Your customers see that you are authentic and genuine.

- Make an exceptional first impression and build trust. Sales is just like dating ;)

3. Create an Irresistible Offer.
- People buy results, not features. Make the result sooo good, they would be stupid to say no. You wouldn't get down on one knee if they were going to say no would you??

4. Be Everywhere, All the Time
- Not everyone is ready to buy now. Use a follow-up system so you're always top-of-mind when the right time comes.

Early in our marketing careers we found this simple model to optimize conversion rates. If you want to increase the likelihood of any desired action, be it an increase in conversions, click-throughs, or email engagement, you have six choices:

1. Increase the clarity of your offer.
2. Increase the relevancy of your offer to your audience (or vise versa).
3. Improve your value proposition.
4. Reduce anxiety (or, phrased differently, increase trust).
5. Reduce distractions.
6. Add urgency to your offer.

There’s a reason why urgency is last in this list. In order to make urgency effective you need to follow the five points above.

Adding urgency doesn’t work if your offer is full of distractions, or if your value proposition is crap. It won’t work if your offer’s irrelevant to your audience, or if your audience doesn’t trust you.

Here's the formula to make sure you stand out...

1. Get laser focused on who is your Ideal Customer. In order to stand out and attract this person you need to repel everyone else.

2. Start with the problem. Customers are only interested in you because they are experiencing a problem. When you identify that problem and talk about it clearly, they are drawn to you and your brand. You must talk about your customers’ problems over and over.

4. Position yourself as the guide. Customers can't solve problems on their own, otherwise they'd never have gotten into trouble in the first place. The truth is, they need help. They need someone with expertise to guide them. You position yourself as the guide by doing two things: expressing empathy and demonstrating authority.

3. Show them the future. Customers want you to cast a vision of what their lives can look like if they use your products or services. Never assume people understand how your brand can change their lives. Tell them over and over again.

Act as a guide for your customers and give them valuable knowledge that will really help them. This will build trust. More than anything people buy from brands they trust.

Everyday people walk around looking for ways to solve their problems. Your product/service provides a solution but they don't know that. So you need to tell them. Not by selling to them but by educating them and providing them real value in the areas they are struggling. Give your knowledge away freely and your business will grow like you've never seen before.
