The biggest names in your industry didn’t get well known and then launch their offers. They became well-known because of their offers.

That’s what most coaches struggling to grow their business even though they’ll get really good at what they do miss.

Then the focus goes to strategies and tactics to try and fix the problem when you’re focused on the wrong problem.

All of the top names in your industry have taken time to curate the frame their audience holds them in.

So the audience sees them as the only solution, sees them as the one who understands them, seize their program or offer as the only one that they want to buy.

They do that through consciously creating the frame.

The one thing that most marketing programs miss but every coach or expert who’s business isn’t growing needs is not more ads, more content, more anything.

If your audience holds you in the wrong frame it doesn’t matter how much content you put out, how many AI tools you use, or if you sell low ticket or high ticket. They’re not buying from you either way.

When you set the frame that you want your audience to view your business and your offer through that’s what allows you to set yourself apart from every other coach in your market even if they might be doing something similar.

Most coaches and experts miss this and assume they need a better funnel. They need different ads. Or they need a different offer.

When in reality, if you nail this…all of those things, the ads the programs the coaching you’ve invested in start to work.

Its why Tony can charge $3,000 an hour and people happily pay it, but you struggle to make $500.

I hate to say it, but it doesn’t matter how good you are at what you do… if you can’t communicate that value to somebody who doesn’t know you.

If you keep losing business to competitors and perfect clients, keep saying I’ll think about it. This is likely what’s going on.

Other businesses in your market that seem to be thriving most likely don’t even have a better product. They’re just better at communicating their value to people.

Doesn’t matter who’s more qualified. Doesn’t matter who has better results.

The person who triggers “this is exactly what I’m dealing with” first owns the sale.

That’s why less experienced coaches are outselling you.

Not because they’re better.

Because they accidentally stumbled into the right sequence.

There’s a specific thing that has to happen in a cold prospect’s brain before they’ll ever buy from you.

A flag has to go up that says: pay attention. This is relevant to you.

Until that flag goes up, nothing else matters. Not your credentials. Not your testimonials. Not your case studies. Not your ads.

Most coaches never learn how to trigger it. They just keep posting and wondering why consistent effort isn’t producing consistent clients.
