They had balanced background and leveraged on it and are now where they are.


You can count those who came from nothing to the zenith but they are few.


Rising without a foundational boost is not easy, so while you try to build your empire do it with pride and not shame and don't allow depression kill you;

because, though others don't have 2heads they might have a support system you don't know about.


Bill Gate's mum staked for her son, Jeff started with $300k and I bet if you have such support you will be doing great, so calm down and do what you are doing and improve consistently.


Work your way to the top with Joy.


Don't allow outside pressure hurt you but motivate yourself enough to get to your destination.

I know we will all be glad we did!

Remember no one will be there if you fall into debt, prison, mental crises or damage your health because you want to meet up.

Life happens and it can happen to anybody, especially in Nigeria.


So you must try to have more control in life by PLANNING and be ready for WAR even in the presence of Peace.

You don't learn to fight in battlefield!



Considering uncertainties of life that's why the Bible said
"cast your net in many places as you don't know which of your ventures would be most rewarding.."


You might be saying I don't need extra source of income all I need is to pray for salary increase or better job.


Infact my salary is enough for me, after all the Bible also said that "....Contentment is great gain" so why should I bother about an online business?

My dear, if you wait till you become broke to learn a skill or start embracing online business, you will become DESPERATE

And when you are like that, you cannot really think and make SMART decisions.

You will only be looking for Ponzi schemes and eventually loose all your little savings.

I remember promising to talk about how to get job in Tech Space without having a technical background.

Am here to fulfill my promise!

It's simple;
1. Note the Skills You Already Have.


2. Search for job offers in tech spaces & note their requirements.


3. Compare the requirements to the ones you already have.


You might might not have all the requirements but if you have 3 out of 5 requirements then push for it but be sincere.


To become a product manager in the tech space for instance, all you need is to have a background in branding, marketing, business development, product distribution. Also a knowledge in UX design is an added advantage.

Or

Customer Manager all you need is a background in accounting, customer relations, client services, public speaking.


Get your CV and cover letter ready by either paying an expert (within 5k) to prepare it for you or do deep research before drafting.

Ever Green!

*Have You Been Badly Hungry Before?*

Am used to seeing hunger as nothing serious until lately.

I was home alone as usual pressing my phone until someone called and said good afternoon, I immediately removed the phone from my ear to check the time before replying.

O Lord it's already afternoon😱

At this point my whole system was awakened, and I almost regretted why I took the call; anyway it has happened.

Now instead of going to the get something good to eat after the call, I just took the plantain chips by my side & stepped it down with Sprit(thinking all is well🤣) and called Joel(my good friend) to get some stuffs while coming to see me, he agreed, but I never asked the time he was coming, maybe it's because he is a fast driver and is always there for me.

Probably you have been busy doing nothing like me, until Covid-19 awakened my hunger for growth.

But was still playing around with little cash coming from here and there.

Anyway I realized that chips are not anything near food for an African man when I check & my phone battery was left with 2%, now it was passed 3pm. I could feel my intestines judging me🤣🤣

I had no options but to rush down the kitchen and help my self.

So stop waiting for someone to help you.
All you need is available, look around and start somewhere.

You are not seeing opportunities because you are not hungry enough.

This can be proven by the fact that fasting can increase our spiritual sensitivity(if approached rightly).

5Things That Require Zero Talent

🔥 *1.Being prepared.*

Make it a habit and you will make the most of your talent.
There is great truth in the saying...
Failing to prepare is preparing to Fail.

Even the talented need preparations, so be humble and be prepared always.

2022 is here and until you are prepared enough to smash your goals they will just end as wishes!

If you are prepared to make wealth like me you will not allow sleep or laziness or procrastination hold you from taking actions.

Just be prepared to face anything.

Be prepared spiritually too oo... Life is controlled from that realm. 🌚

🔥 *2.Having A Balanced Attitude.*

It is your decision to keep going. No one can decide that for you.

A mentor once said "I can teach you to win but I can't impact the needed attitude to win unless you decide"

A great attitude maximizes the talent that you have and offsets what you lack.

So great talent without attitude is like driving on a deflated tire.🤦🏽‍♂️

🔥 *3.Success Ethic.*

Yes, this is simply having the discipline to show up consistently as you push towards your mark and also making the best decisions that lead to successful performance.

Many are not successful even though they are well talented because they don't show up consistently.

🔥 *4.Timeliness*

This doesn't require magic and it's not rocket science either.

To be Punctual you must develop the habit of organization and planning ahead - Both of which lead to greate success.

Learn to always be puntual at school, work, meetings and events also.

Yes you might fluctuate as you start practicing it, just know why you started it, keep pushing and you will get better.

The problem is that some person's know they will appear late to an event and they just laugh about it.

Was discussing with a friend few hours ago and she said she knows she will appear late for a certain appointment tomorrow...& I was like seriously😳?

*My advice* : Seat down and Mark out the reasons why you are likely to appear late tomorrow and trash it out today✌️

🔥5. *Be Coachable*

How can you grow when you fight those who have achieved more than your dream?🤣😜

Anyone can become a better listener & performer if they wish.

Do your best to learn from feebacks and embrace the success of others.

Don't distant from the successful, pay the required price & learn from them!

I have few of them and am blessed to have them.

Just last night I was working on few things in my affiliate marketing and my mentor was there to put me through even at say 1AM😜

If not for his help I might struggle with that issue for days.

Let's have a brief look into Marketing:

Many just believe that they can create any product and fight out the sales.
Well Marketing is not actually the battle of products as many think.

It's more about what i call "battle of perceptions."

This is the reason why you must be properly branded to gain a voice in the battlefield of marketing.

Perception is a psychological variable and in marketing, your customers perception is their reality.

So brand your product to the extent that your perception about it is properly sold out to your targeted audience!

Once there is an equilibrium in perception, communication is easy and this enhances brand loyalty!

Changing your public's perception is an uphill in this battle. It's a long game for sure, so don't get easily freaked out.

You can't move the needle overnight!

So *consistency and open mindedness* are must requirements.

So you now see that your quest for sales is not an excuse to make *sh*tty products* .

If the products doesn't rise to the occasion, it's bad for business (in the long run).

In conclusion for now; *Affordability is not a guarantee that you will make sales!*

So only bring what you can defend to the floor!

It's better to ask questions about what you are not sure of than assume in silence!

While having a business coaching section with one of my students yesterday she said:

“Sorry I am asking lots of questions.”

I smiled & replied:

“It's the best way to grow!”

Never be shy to ask questions, you have to start somewhere like every other person out there.

Nobody started a great journey with everything figured out!

Approaching things this way helps you learn deeply about both the subject and yourself.

Asking questions sincerely is one of the best ways to discover value.

Inquiry can expel the unneeded info & help the heart thinking more clearly.

So it helps gain clarity & focus!
