To do this, we regularly conduct internal research on the satisfaction of colleagues from the work of certain departments and really appreciate the activity, sincerity and openness with which colleagues comment on certain processes. And we see that from survey to survey, a constructive dialogue is formed in the company, when criticism is not hushed up and goes to the point, and those responsible hear it and work it out.
