Sorry to all the other coffee shops in but we've officially found the best coffee in town!

From now on, don't walk past Polygon Cocktail and Coffee Cult in Piries place, go in! The coffee is delicious! We've been told if the ropes are outside, it's open!

Served surrounded by gorgeous decor and in perfect sized glass coffee cups (not buckets!), a nod to European coffee culture - we like!

Thank goodness it's a local independent coffee house too, and Nic even shared hers with the infamous Ron Jeremy 😂...

Ps: from midday onwards they can even serve you one of their famous cocktails too if the mood takes you....

BOOT CAMP BABY!

As you can see we were a little nervous about this class today – our third session at local boutique style gym, Gaché's Health Club Horsham

When you hear the words ‘Boot Camp’ you automatically think of some kind of sergeant major, screaming at you to ‘drop and give him 20’... so we were pleasantly surprised at how different this was from our expectations and how much we loved this class!

Jason, founder and personal trainer at Gache’s Health Club is the opposite of the above. His welcoming, calm and non-intimidating nature had us enjoying it from the off.

With the beautiful weather, the class was conducted outdoors on the gorgeous grounds of the cricket field and today’s class involved using the VIPR! (The long thingy’s in our images!)

Each boot camp is different; Jason mixes it up so it never gets boring. During this 45 minute class we used the VIPR with many different ‘on the move’ exercises to work every muscle of the body, focusing on core strength.

Gache’s Health Club prides itself on its friendly and welcoming service, and is suitable for everyone of all ages. There’s no need to feel worried about stepping through the doors here, it’s the most down-to-earth and pleasant club we’ve ever been to. They specialise in offering many classes from High Intensity Training to Yoga, and at accessible times for most lifestyles.

Just returned feeling relaxed and fully stretched from one hour of yoga with the lovely Loren at Gaché's Health Club Horsham.

Just trying to lift up the kettle for a cuppa after our first strength training class with the lovely Jason at Gaché's Health Club Horsham.

If you didn't know about this hidden gem of a gym that has classes and a fully equipped fitness suite, then you're missing out!

The atmosphere is down to earth, friendly, personal and really unique.

The icing on the cake is that there's a beautiful view of the cricket fields and Denne Hill from their full studio length glass window.

Check out their 'easy to fit in' classes..the word on fitness street is that shorter bursts of strength training continues to burn calories after the session.
