The biggest marketing mistake I see local businesses make isn't bad ads.
It's forgetting what people are ACTUALLY buying.
Most people don't spend money because they want your product, service, appointment, consultation, or estimate.
They spend money because they want something in their life to be easier, better, safer, faster, healthier, cleaner, more enjoyable, or less stressful.
They buy solutions.
They buy outcomes.
They buy a better version of life after the problem is solved.
That's why generic posts like:
"Hey everyone, if anyone needs what I offer, let me know!"
usually fall flat.
They tell people what you sell, but they don't help people understand why they should care.
I'm Richard, and I run Visual Impact Solutions here in Southeast Idaho.
I help businesses tell their story, show the value they bring, and make it easier for customers to understand why they should choose them.
Right now, I'm putting together free marketing resources for local business owners, and I'd love your input.
What's the most frustrating part of marketing your business right now?
• Getting leads?
• Creating content?
• Standing out from competitors?
• Explaining your value?
• Following up consistently?
• Something else?

If several people are struggling with the same thing, I'll create a free video or resource to help.
