30 minutes of boxing and 15 minutes of Zumba had me sweating everywhere 🫣
Not comfortable, but necessary. It loosens my body, builds coordination, and stretches me past stiffness and self-doubt. Thankful for 75 Hard, showing up without feelings or confidence, just faith.

This morning we served quietly, cleaning outside our church as my brother started at the drums 🥁😂
Not to be seen, but to honour God. I’m deeply grateful for my family and partner who supported me and chose to serve alongside me. Small acts, big faith. Planting small seeds 🌱

Finished the night doing Zumba with my sister. I’m not a dancer, but I showed up anyway and completed my 75 Hard.

Started my day with prayer, then hit the field with my partner and the doggies for 75 Hard. Day 1 and I loved it. Doing this with God choosing faith, not fear.

🙌🏿Don’t Give Up 🙌🏿

Today I told myself, I’m gonna make it happen. No matter what tries to pull me down, I’m not giving up. I’m sorting it and I’m getting myself there.

Last week tested me hard. Felt like everything I did just got thrown back in my face. My mindset got challenged heavy, ‘cause I pick up on energy and some of it was just off. Keeping calm wasn’t easy. But I pushed through ‘cause I know God’s building me stronger for the blessing He’s about to bring in my business.

This morning I prayed, read the vision of the day, and it reminded me to face my wrongs and remember, God is always there.

I’m not perfect. Sometimes I get so low I cry in my room or even at work in the toilets. But I wanna tell you this don’t give up. God is always there. Surrender it all to Him, let Him fight for you, let Him carry you through.
