This is an example of a blog I wrote for my other company PlyoJam. You’ll see I created an infographic for the blog, which is known to make blogs shared more often. In the end we’re all still like little kids. We like lists, top 5’s, colors and pictures! 🤣

Infographics are also great pieces to submit to other blogs and websites to share and then back link to your site, thus improving your SEO and domain authority (both things help you appear higher in Google searches!)

Good morning!! Happy Friday. ☀️ Let’s have a quick talk about your offers.

If I land on your website or any one of your social media platforms, will I immediately know what you do and what you offer? Will I know exactly how it’s packaged or how to find out your price point? How long will I have to search before I understand what your product or service is and how it all works?

Vagueness on your website and/or social is not the jam. Make sure you hit all the points in your copy and marketing (educate, inspire, entertain, observe) but also BE CLEAR. Say what you do and what you offer and how potential clients can get it/buy it/book it/find out more. Say it often. If you said it once back in October, that’s not enough.

If you aren’t sure if your offers are clear...ask someone who doesn’t know you and your business very well, someone totally unbiased, to look through your platforms and tell you what they perceive. The feedback will be SO valuable!!

Be clear. You will avoid frustrating potential clients who land on your site or your social. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Just over here thinking about the importance of TEAM. I recently had a marketing consultation with an entrepreneur who does just about everything on her own. All decisions, all ex*****on, all customer service, all follow up, all social media.

While we were talking and I was helping guide her with marketing strategy decisions, she said she could actually FEEL a weight being lifted off her shoulders. I could visually see her tension releasing.

I feel really called to talk about this as we enter 2020. Especially important for newer businesses. It is SO important to have your systems in place to ensure your business is working for you at all times.

I've been talking to a lot of fellow entrepreneurs lately that seem to be in a bit of tailspin. Not sure what to do first, second and third. Not sure what deserves priority. Where to start, how to connect all the dots and put together the piece. Because let's face it.. business is one big PUZZLE.

You can have the BEST ideas in the world, you could be landing some rockin' PR, you may have flushed out a BEAUTIFUL brand, you may have the most gorgeous photography. Yay for all of this!

But WHERE are your customers landing after all of that? How are they being nurtured into becoming first time or repeat customers? How are you bringing in new leads and WHERE are they being stored and then taken care of?

Systems boo boo...SYSTEMS.

Make it a goal in 2020 to work with someone to ensure your website, email, lead generators, collaborations and social media systems are set up and working for you. You will work hard up front to get these systems in place, but then they will work FOR you as you get your nails done, get interviewed for a podcast, write your first book or take a well deserved nap. :)

REMINDER - make sure your systems are working FOR you, even when you’re taking a break!! (Especially pertinent during the holidays!)

In my other business, PlyoJam, I built a robust email marketing system that is working for us constantly.

My favorite thing to do is wake up and see that it worked for me while I was asleep! 😘

This morning I woke up to new customers from Massachusetts, North Carolina, Long Beach, and GREECE!

Happy TUESDAY!! Just a quick reminder (for myself included) that the entrepreneur life is no joke. It can be ALL CONSUMING and so many things get pushed to the back burner including getting enough sleep, exercise, dating, family time, etc. Exercise is gonna help keep that brain functioning at rockstar level. Go get your sweat on. That email can wait. I promise.

When I first entered the world of entrepreneurship I remember being SO confused about all the buzz words that were tossed around. Lead magnets, funnels, landing pages, CRMs, design, digital marketing, social strategy. SAY WHAT?

What happened to the days of "Hey guys, I have a great product, wanna buy it?" I mean, that's how my lemonade stands used to work!

It should be that simple, and sometimes it is. But there are so many tools that can help your systems run smoothly, which lead to conversions (ie. MONEY HONEY).

My goal is to make sure your systems are working for you at all times. From a well-planned and informative website, to a smooth purchase process, to a nurturing email sequence that leads clients and customers from prospective to purchase, to a succinct social media strategy across all platforms, your business should be operating smoothly and effectively, even while you're sleeping!

And YOU shouldn't have to be running around like a chicken with its head cut off to make sure these things are happening daily. It is a wise investment to have someone help you get set up.
