由2022年開始售賣日本宇治抹茶，與茶友一起學習、分享、發掘茶粉的可能性。現在已上架不同的自家品牌茶粉，包括京都石臼、台灣烏龍茶粉、八女極上抹茶及單品種抹茶。
面對突如其來嘅抹茶供求失衡，感恩茶農、茶廠等信任，互相尊重、互相體諒、互相支持，一起努力維持供應，一起防止未有授權的高價拍賣等問題。好讓珍貴的茶粉能送到真的會欣賞、真的會細味的茶友手中。
2025年5月份迎來新茶季，今年的茶季比過往更忙碌，尋茶、試茶、溝通不斷重複。與茶農、茶廠交流期間，茶易總會得到動力繼續向前。在此想邀請咁多年支持茶易嘅茶友及新茶友，一起帶著期待，準備迎接新茶及新品。

We started to sell Japanese Uji Matcha since 2022. Learning, shareing and exploring the possibilities of tea powder with tea lovers. Now our products have further expanded including Kyoto Stone Milled, Taiwan Oolong Tea Powder, Yame Supreme Matcha and single-cultivar Matcha.
Faced with the sudden imbalance between supply and demand of matcha, we are grateful for the trust of tea farmers and tea factories. We respect, understand and support each other, and work together to maintain supply and prevent unauthorized high-priced auctions. So that the precious tea powder can be delivered to the hands of tea lovers who can truly appreciate the tea.
The new tea season arrives in May 2025. This year's tea season is busier than ever before, with searching for tea, tasting tea, and communicating repeated over and over again. During the exchanges with tea farmers and tea factories, MatchaEasy always gets the motivation to move forward. I would like to invite tea lovers who have supported MatchaEasy for many years and new tea lovers to prepare to welcome new tea and new products coming in this year.
