Kado is heading back to uni… except this time I don’t have any assignments due 💅🏼📚

I’m so excited to be joining the very first Curtin Women in Business (WIB) x Curtin Women's Department Spring Market at Curtin University ! 🌸✨

A whole afternoon dedicated to discovering and supporting local female and non-binary owned businesses, with markets, food trucks, live music and a whole lotta small biz goodness right in the middle of campus.

I’ll be bringing along a colourful little corner of Kado filled with greeting cards, gift tags and plenty of punny goodness – whether you need something for an upcoming birthday, your bestie, your work wife, or just want to stock up your “oh s**t, I need a card” drawer. 💌

So if you’re a Curtin student, staff member, or happen to be around Bentley, come find me and say hi! 👋🏽

🌸 Spring Market 2026
📅 Wednesday 14 October
📍 Curtin University, Bentley
⏰ 11am–3pm

See you on campus! 🫶🏽

Turns out one of my favourite parts of doing a market is just listening to you react to my cards 💌

From immediately knowing exactly who a card reminded you of, to appreciating my questionable puns, to having an existential crisis because there’s too many options to choose from – I was quietly collecting some of my favourite comments all day.

There’s something pretty bloody special about watching someone pick up one of my silly little drawings and immediately know exactly who it reminds them of 🥹

Because that’s kinda the whole point of Kado.

Making things that make you think of your people 💗

And apparently making it increasingly difficult for you to choose only one (sorry not sorry) x

Swipe for some love notes I overheard from my last market.

P.s. “the options are endless!” May be the nicest complaint I’ve ever received 😂

Drinking it everyday wasn’t enough, I needed to illustrate it too 🍵💚

If you know me, this one was a little overdue to add to the Kado collection.

A little love note for your bestie, partner, fellow matcha addict, or anyone you love so matcha 🥹

Love You So Matcha is available now at my lovely stockists at NMP Living | Homewares & Gifts Perth Dryft Collective Carmel Common , and I’ll have some with me at the Perth Creators Alley market this weekend too!

Fun fact: this was the theme of my hens party that my gorgeous bridesmaids threw for me! 🥰

South of the River friends… I finally have a stockist for you again! 🥹💌

You can now find a colourful little corner of Kado at Masonmill Gardens in Carmel, tucked away in the beautiful Perth Hills near Lesmurdie 🌿

And honestly, you could very easily make a whole day of your card-shopping trip.

☕ Grab a coffee or something to eat at the café & restaurant
⛳ Challenge the family to a round of mini golf
🌿 Wander around the beautiful gardens
🐾 Keep an eye out for the little quendas hopping around
💌 And obviously… stock up on your Kado cards & gift tags while you’re there

Their Grand Opening is Saturday 29th August, so it’s the perfect excuse to head up to the hills, explore somewhere beautiful and support some local businesses while you’re at it!

📍 Masonmill Gardens
40 Masonmill Road, Carmel WA

See you South of the River again 🥹🫶🏽
