Graniti building material L.L.C Ceramic and porcelain tile trading company based in the UAE for over 21
years. Graniti Building Materials LLC was established in Dubai in 1996.

Initially, our main trade was Italian full body Porcelain tiles, but as part of our expansion plans, we have subsequently incorporated our portfolio of other brands from Europe, South America and Asia as well as Sanitary ware from Italy. The company operates in a showroom and offices of about 350 square meters located at One Al Din Road, Deira, while our 10,000 square meters store housing approx.

100,000 square meters at Dubai Investment Park 2, Jebel Ali. Our team of 65 staff is specialized in each field of marketing, design, supervision, administrative, accounting and logistics. Marca Corona, Santa Agostino, Ceramica Cir, Serrenissima, Lord and Capri, and the leading brands from Brazil , Portobello and Portinari as well as Niro Ceramics from Malaysia. We have also launched "Elina Ceramics and Porcelain" - our own collection of fine factories, Offering solutions for large and small projects to suit any budget. Recently, we have added to our product "GSG Sanitary Ware" Portfolio from Italy. Our prominent clients include major property developers in the region such as Nakheel, Emaar, Dubai Properties, Deyaar, Al Fattan Group, Union Properties as well as reputable companies such as Al Naboodah, Emarat, Al Habtoor Engineering, Al Futtaim, DCC, Arabtec , Bin Lahej Real Estate and many others. Some of the prestigious projects we have undertaken are the Palm Island Villas, Burj Dubai-The Residences, Old Town Phases 1 and 2, Emirates Towers, Discovery Garden, Jumeirah Islands, Ibn Batutta Shopping Mall, Green Community Villas, Al Fattan Towers, Victory Heights Villas and many more of which are illustrated and listed in other pages of this web site.
