It's a slow process, but each small step gets me closer to being up and running...printer is actually up and running, but need a couple print heads to get printing ... next move is to get the lamination process in order ...

Stand offs, with clear acrylic and cut vinyl, and grip frames can make a huge difference as well as add a certain prestige to your office setting!!! Simple cut vinyl of a piece of acrylic, inexpensive but powerful perspective!!!

Haven't posted in a while. Still busy still working hard. Learned A LOT about UV ink and UV printers over the past few months. Of the 7vehicles I wrapped for A1 Plumbing, ALL 7 came back, I had to learn new techniques to compensate for the brittle UV ink, and adhesion problems. Part to do with vinyl compatibility and part to do with brittle inks. This is a rewrap for vehicle #6 ... only one more to go to complete the warentee work.

Probably the best wrap I've done to date ... switched Vinyl from 3M IJ180 to 3M IJ280 ... about $170 more a role but 4Xs the adhesion ... yes I am a very happy camper!!!
