If you’re serious about growth, leadership, and building something that lasts… you need to hear from this voice.

Dr. Andrea Hendricks, CEO/Managing Partner of Authentico, is joining us as the keynote speaker for the MPMSDC Summer Summit.

With 25+ years of executive experience across organizations like Cerner, the Federal Reserve, and UMB, she has led work that goes beyond conversation and into real organizational impact. Today, she helps companies tap into diverse communities and build strategies that actually move the needle.

This is more than a keynote. It’s perspective you can apply.

In celebration of Women's History Month, over 80 women convened at SW19's stadiums for a happy hour of relaxation, connection, and rejuvenation, featuring 12 notable giveaways such as SW19 pickleball gift cards, Commerce Bank swag, iPhone car accessories, decorated cookies, and CoopersHawk wine. The event's setting fostered professional networking and camaraderie, with the objective of establishing meaningful connections with 3-5 new professionals or more to enhance social intelligence for personal and professional growth. Attendees enjoyed hugs, laughs, reunions, and moments of just being still for a couple of hours. Oh BTW—The sneaker shoe game was spot on. Authentico

Meet Rita, who joined the Inclusive Leadership Cohort Program with a desire to grow intentionally as a leader across the many spaces she serves. In her role at City Lifestyle, she is committed to deepening her understanding of inclusivity so she can bring that knowledge into the cultures and communities she supports.

Her biggest realization so far?

Inclusivity is layered and deeply personal. Even when people share the same race or ethnicity, they don’t share the same lens or lived experiences. Through this program, Rita has experienced meaningful interpersonal growth and gained a deeper appreciation for the richness of others’ stories.
