Back home for dinner after a fabulous meeting with my client Linda who has ventured into a new business helping others with mental health.

We put an hour on the clock ⌚and discussed what she wanted for her brand & the best way to begin on social media 📱to achieve her goal 🏆.

We had a look at some technical issues she was having on LinkedIn and was able to get those sorted too & some tips on making content.

These social media advice meetings are £25 per hour and we usually agree how long you would like to purchase before the meeting so we don't go over. I usually have a little look at your business socials beforehand too so that I can make some suggestions.

Social Media isn't a one size fits all, each platform requires a little something different but the good news is that you can tweak the same content for each platform to save you time.

On any platform your content should be value to someone else in order for you to grow, therefore I always create posts on my monthly content calendars for my clients that are Entertaining &/or📝 Informative/Educational.

When this stunning client approached me for lip filler, I was so excited to create the perfect pout for her. She wanted her top lip to be more in proportion with the bottom lip, a common request we receive as Aesthetic Practitioners.

We booked her in for an hour-long consultation to assess her face and profile balance, and explain the procedure. As a first-timer, who is youthful and with big beautiful lips already, we recommended 0.7ml of filler, and the treatment had minimal swelling and bruising.

Our client left with immediate, gorgeous results and was advised to avoid heavy exercise, sunbeds, alcohol, and saunas for the first 48 hours. We always recommend drinking lots of water to keep the body well hydrated.

📖Mrs Bridey UGC Story 📖

I'm Mrs McBride 👋, I've been passionate about filming and particularly editing 🎥🎞️since I first got my hands on a Mac in high school.

I went on to learn more about this in College with a HNC in creative industries & TV and found out there that I also love presenting 📺.

I didn't follow my dreams at first, but in my late 20s I began The Body Shop At Home, and I used this opportunity to perfect my content creation and get really comfortable talking on camera, online ( to people I actually know which is way scarier than being part of a production)
