Do you offer a "birthday month" discount or incentive? It's a great way to accumulate random sales each month and increase your monthly PV. You could even set up a monthly "birthday party" and have all the birthday girls purchase from the same party. Then - either offer the hostess benefits mystery hostess style, use them to stock up on hostess gifts, or just to buy something extra for yourself! These "birthday month" graphics are a great way to grab attention in your groups and get people commenting and participating! Two options available - one themed for my pink purse ladies, and one for my nail stylists!

We're expecting some snow this weekend, so I threw together a pot of hearty taco beef veggie soup today. And no, I can't share the recipe, because I just threw together whatever ingredients I found in my pantry/freezer and fridge! LOL! Some frozen veggies, ground beef, tomato paste and my homemade taco seasoning! I just tried a few bites, and its pretty tasty if I do say so myself!
