My nautical wedding invitation and stationery line Concertina Press was developed in response to a need I saw for really cool and different nautical wedding invitations. Sandals, starfish and lighthouses express just a small part of what I think of when I think of the ocean. After working in a scientific library I realized that there are thousands of really beautiful antique scientific illustrati

ons in journals, made obsolete with the invention of photography, just waiting to be shown to the public. By using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, as well as my previous experience with stationery design gleaned from my work at a stationery shop, I turn these old illustrations into the nautical wedding invitation and stationery designs that make Concertina Press stand out.
