(0)透过电话、电邮、信件或面对面的方式为顾客解答疑问、处理投诉等等服务；
(1) 负责所有经营区域客户的咨询、查询解答；
(2) 负责产品介绍、演示及客户使用问题等服务；
(3) 负责客户电话回访、跟进及处理客户投诉等问题；
(4) 负责做好工作日志、周报、月报，及时反馈信息的统计、分析和汇报；
(5) 灵活执行不同任务，并正确遵循程序
(6) 利用媒体，增加客群
(7) 完成上级安排的其他工作任务
