What should have been the 2024 Pepsi rebranded uniform collection.

This was part of a discussion our director shared during a round 1 conference. Focused on what happens when a client might not understand the full “bettering” opportunity of their own brief.

A collection built from a simple idea that “employees can be most effective when they feel the most comfortable and taken care of.” There is a fine line between a branded uniform and walking billboard. This was an exercise to focus on investing in higher quality material, and design that led to a sense of pride for the job while blending into an average persons everyday sense of style.

References include: Iconic blue collar workwear, subtle materiality and utility additions, and quieter statement led branding to blend everyday.
