We are seeking a 𝐕𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐚 𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐡𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐥 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in hospitality and administrative support, contributing to our knowledge base creation, video tutorials, FAQs, and other key tasks. This role offers an opportunity to work in a flexible, remote environment while leveraging your hospitality skills to enhance our services.
𝙆𝙚𝙮 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨:
🟣Knowledge Base Creation: Develop, organize, and maintain comprehensive knowledge base articles, guidelines, and documentation relevant to hotel management and operations.
🟣Video Tutorials: Assist in creation of instructional video content to train staff and customers on various hotel management systems, procedures, and best practices.
🟣FAQs: Compile, organize, and update frequently asked questions and answers to provide clear and concise information for internal and external users.
🟣Customer Support: Assist in handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service through various communication channels (email, chat, phone).
🟣Administrative Support: Perform a range of administrative tasks including scheduling, data entry, email management, and document preparation.
🟣Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and improve overall operational effectiveness.
🟣Training and Onboarding: Assist in the development and delivery of training materials and programs for new hires and existing staff.
🟣Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to gather information, ensure accuracy of content, and support overall business objectives.
𝙌𝙪𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨:
🟣Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required)
🟣Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in hotel management or a related role within the hospitality industry.
🟣Skills:
➡️Strong understanding of hotel operations and management practices.
➡️Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
➡️Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
➡️Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
➡️Familiarity with customer support tools and platforms.
➡️Proficient in Project Management tools, CRMs and other relevant software.
➡️Understanding of popular hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Protel, Cloudbeds, etc.).
