Looking for a fun part-time job, hanging out with some fabulous kiddos?
Our family is in search of a warm, responsible, organized, cheerful individual to care for and work with our kids on school assignments during distance learning.
Experience with individuals with special needs is preferred as our teenage twin boys both have mild autism spectrum disorders. We also have two middle-school-aged sons (both very independent), and an elementary-school-aged daughter. Because we are a blended family and some of our kiddos will be attending school as a part of a hybrid model, not all of them will be here for every scheduled shift.
Responsibilities:
General childcare duties (playing, getting the kids outside, etc.), assistance with school work (pretty much just making sure they are completing their daily assignments), light meal prep (usually just heating up leftovers or making chicken nuggets), light housekeeping (no heavy lifting...just putting dishes in the dishwasher and reminding the kids to pick up after themselves), and encouraging lots of fun and laughter.
Requirements:
Must be over the age of 18 and have a valid driver's license.
Non-smoker
Experience preferred
Background check required
Availability Monday thru Friday (AM & Early Afternoon)
Average 10 hours per/week
Preferred start date of Monday, September 7th.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour based on experience
Please submit your resume no later than Friday, September 4th.
