PVC PROCESSING AID AVAILABLE IN GUJRANWALA PAKISTAN

MD-510 acts as a balanced internal and external lubricant and processing aid in PVC resin formulations.

Key Functions of MD-510 in PVC

Internal Lubrication: Reduces friction between PVC polymer chains, lowers melt viscosity, and decreases melt temperature during processing.

External Lubrication: Prevents the PVC melt from sticking to hot metal machinery surfaces like extruders and molds.

Synergistic Stabilization: Works effectively alongside calcium-zinc (Ca/Zn) and lead-based stabilizer systems to improve thermal processing stability.

Enhanced Dispersion: Improves the distribution of fillers, plasticizers, and pigments within the PVC compound.

Surface Quality: Enhances clarity in transparent items and yields a smooth, gloss finish on finished profiles or sheets.

Typical Dosage and Usage of MD-510:
Usually added at 0.1 to 5 phr (parts per hundred of resin), with 0.5 to 2 phr as the common range for rigid PVC.

While the lower grades are specifically for rigid PVC only with doubled dosage

Purity Grades of MD-510:
High-purity grade MD-510 for optimal performance and transparency

Medium-purity grade MD-550 for balanced performance and economy

Low-purity grade MD-580 for enhancing weight and opaqueness

CHALKY is a fast-drying, acrylic paint that has three main ranges of shades. First is the METALLIC range which is glittery and ultra lusterous, second one is IVORY range which has an deep metallic matte effect and last but not the least is the plain solid color range which dries to an ultra-matte, chalky finish. CHALKY . Its thick, self-leveling, and creamy consistency offers great coverage, often in just one coat, and adheres to various surfaces like wood, terra cotta, and canvas.

Moreover apart from the shade card CHALKY provides it's customers with the facility of shade customizations which are made as per customer demand.

You can easily mix colors to create custom shades by gradually adding a darker color into a lighter one.

To create a distressed look:

· For Dry Distressing: Once the paint is dry, sand areas with medium-grit sandpaper. This will reveal the original surface or a lower layer of paint.
· For Wet Distressing: Right after applying the topcoat, use a damp sponge to wipe away paint from areas you want to distress.
