Has it really been twelve months since I last posted? It’s been a full year of client work that challenged me, stretched me, and reminded me why I love what I do.

Somewhere in between, I found time to refine my own brand and bring Funktional into its next chapter with more intention and clarity.

Fifteen years in, it feels like the most thoughtful and aligned version yet.

The website for Stirling Townes features an organic fluid opening animation, intuitive user interface, local photography and neighbourhood information, beautiful renderings capturing the inclusive offering and luxury finishes – all for a captivating experience that allows the visitor to immerse themselves in this stunning property in an equally lovely location.

For the Stirling Townes brochure presentation we wanted to create something that read like a beautiful magazine you just want to curl up with. From the moment you feel the buttery soft suede finish you know it’s something special. Being able to craft the story and have it unfold in an informative, engaging, page-turning book with beautiful photography and images fills our creative tank! Print is not dead! Did you know print has a higher brand recall rate than digital media? Apparently, we’re talking 77% compared to just 46%. We’re proud of the outcome and have received so many compliments on this beauty. Swipe to see just a sampling of the spreads. The brand materials for Stirling Townes includes a comprehensive brochure and presentation folder to house the brochure, as well as any handouts. The paper stock for both pieces are in beautiful, matte suede finish. The logo on the folder is embossed while on the brochure cover it shines with a raised polished glass finish. The rounded pockets give a nod to some of the architectural and design elements and the brand pattern in the interior adds a special touch. Just like the design of the homes, attention to details can be found throughout the brand and materials. To come, a closer look at the brochure pages. Stay tuned.
