Shane Phillips and is based out of Jackson, MN. A founding member of the Minnesota Mafia, Shane is an avid sprint car fan, sponsor and advocate. Outside of racing, he enjoys spending time with his two boys hunting, fishing and cheering for Minnesota sports teams.
