Due to the issues we experienced with the network on 6/15 we are scheduling an emergency maintenance window for this afternoon Thursday June 17th. The window will last from 6:00 PM until 10:00 PM EST .

We do NOT anticipate much service interruption during this time for our customers, but we do anticipate at least one 5-10 minute interruption during this time period. Rest assured we will do everything in our power to minimize any interruptions to our network during this period and we do understand how important it is for our customers to have uninterrupted network service. That is why we are taking these measures now, to ensure we continue to provide a resilient and robust network to our customers.
