Another custom business card set headed to print! ✨

This one was created for another local small business owner (waxedbyjaqueline), and I am loving the soft, elevated look of this branding. That sage green background paired with the clean white and deep brown details gives it such a polished, calming feel. 🤌🏼🌿

For these cards, she chose a matte finish, which is going to make that sage green look even richer while giving the cards a smooth, elegant feel in hand.

New branding, start to finish in just a few hours. 🤌🏼✨

This client reached out needing new branded materials and a fresh look ASAP, and even after a long market day, I hopped on the computer and got to work.

Within 5 hours of her first message, we had a completed:

✨ Custom logo design
✨ Coordinating business card design
✨ Fresh, elevated branding ready to print

And we’re not stopping at a standard business card. Her cards are being printed with Raised Gold Foil on the front, adding that extra level of texture and luxury that helps a business stand out the second the card is handed to a client.

Because sometimes you need something fast, but that doesn’t mean sacrificing the details. 💻✨

Sometimes “print this file as-is” turns into “I can’t let this leave my shop looking like that.” 🤌🏼

This business card order came to me print-only, with the client supplying her own design. After printing the first test sheet, I immediately noticed several issues that would affect the finished cards.

The original design had:
* No client name
* Contact information that was extremely small and difficult to read
* No proper bleed, which could leave unwanted white edges after trimming
* Elements that simply weren’t translating well once actually printed

And while she didn’t pay for a redesign, I care way too much about what leaves my hands to knowingly hand over a stack of cards that wouldn’t represent her business well.

So I cleaned it up. ✨

I kept the branding and overall feel she already had, but reorganized the information, made the important details easier to read, added her name, improved the hierarchy, and built in proper bleed so the finished cards can be trimmed cleanly without that pesky little white border sneaking in.

That’s the Designs by Jacquelyn difference.

I don’t just hit “print.” I check the details, test the finished product, and make adjustments when something isn’t going to work in the real world.

Because when you’re handing someone your business card, it should actually work for your business.

NEW BANNER SPOTTED IN NEEDLES! ✨

The new Needles Sunday Market mesh banner is officially up at Broadway & J Street in Needles and it’s doing exactly what good signage should do: catching eyes and getting the word out! 👀🌿

Mesh banners are one of my favorite options for chain-link fences and outdoor events because the tiny perforations allow air to flow through instead of turning your banner into a sail. That means less strain on the material, less chance of tearing, and a lightweight setup that’s perfect for our windy Arizona event season. ☀️💨

Custom window perf is one of my favorite ways to turn plain glass into advertising space without completely sacrificing your view! 👀✨
