BEFORE YOU BUY A WATER PURIFIER
Many Sales Person will try to sell their water filter to you. They will try to tell you everything they want to say to convince you to buy thei
r product. "No Sales Person will tell you...Hey, my water purifier bad! It is dangerous.... do you want to buy it?" So, the next time a Sales Person tries to sell you a water filter, remember to ask them (at least) some of these 10 questions:
1) PRODUCT ORIGIN? Where is the product made? Or is it locally assembled? Or generic parts composed into a Water Purifier? Note: Some might say “Japan technology”! This does not necessarily mean it is Made in Japan. It does not necessary meant it is a Japanese Products! Neither does it mean that the Product is made in Japan but Assembled by them!
2) FILTER PARTS INFORMATION? Please explain more about the types of filter cartridges used in their filter machine? Please explain the function of each filter component inside their water purifier? Ask what is the usage life span of those filters?
3) How does the water filtration works? The Seller could have made several product benefit claims – ask to clarify how the filter support the benefit claimed?
4) Is there anything that we should know about the service and maintenance? Does the price include after sales service by the Seller, by the manufacturer or by the marketing Company?
5) FILTER PARTS COST? How much does the filter change cost, what are the maintenance charges?How often must the filter be serviced and changed?
6) Who Provides the After Sales and Service Maintenance? Is it Buyer DIY or do they have a water servicie maintenance teame (if the area you are staying). Or who can provide the after sales, service and maintenance?
7) How long has the filter system and technology been in the market?
8) WHO THE SELLER IS? Ask – are you reseller? or Are you working for the Company that manufactures the water filter? Or Importer cm wholesaler or Importer cm Retailer?
9) Whatever product claims the Sales Person tells you - please ask him to verify as much information as possible and request for any more information for your reading and reference because you wish to check first before you bu ythe product.
10) PRODUCT REFERENCE? Can you give some referral from the Customers who have used your product so we can call and ask if they are satisfied with your product quality and product claims?
