Subject: Urgent Concern Regarding Garbage Dumping at Jehlum Bund

To the District Administration and Environmental Department,

I am writing to draw attention to a critical issue affecting our community. The Jehlum Bund, particularly at the Taingpora Hilalabad area, has become a dumping site for garbage from the entire region. Despite my numerous visits to the Tashil and BDO offices in Sumbal, there has been a lack of seriousness regarding this matter.

This situation not only poses environmental hazards but also tarnishes the image of our area, especially for high officials visiting Bandipora, who encounter this unsightly scene at the Sumbal Bridge.

I kindly urge the district administration and environmental department to take immediate action to address this issue.
