The question is to elicit a story from me in which I tell you the Situation, the Task, the Action I took, and the Result.
Example: "Tell me a time when you had fix ..." or "Has there ever been a time when..."

I will then record a video response and send it to you for Critique. (and be honest, I need to master this because it is a bump right now)
