100 years old today. 🌍
Happy birthday, Sir David Attenborough — a man who has spent a century making the world pay attention to itself.
The BBC is hosting a live event at the Royal Albert Hall tonight, Sigur Rós will perform, and butterflies are apparently involved. It's the kind of celebration that only happens when someone has genuinely changed how we see the planet.
What strikes us most isn't just the legacy. It's the longevity. A career spanning more than seven decades, over 50 titles, and still releasing documentaries at 99. There's something quietly radical about doing work that matters, for a very long time, without stopping.
