I can see so many brands missing out on great opportunities just because they don't offer a contact email for creative ideas that can only help THEM grow.

Don't get stuck and limited to your team only for promotion, on-site, and off-site advertising. Keep an open mind in regard to collaborations.
You don't need 50+ permanent employees to get your brand rolling.
You're losing big $$$ by having this narrowed thinking.
You could take advantage of so many other good ideas out there, why settle for less?
In our days, you can have your BRAND smashing it just by filling leadership and ex*****on positions. All the other roles should be part-time collaborations.
Especially the creative department! It's so obvious... you settle with 1-2 creative minds on board... when you could have so much more value on board.
For me this is mind-blowing!

The same goes for ideas, creativity, plans.
This would result in LESS money spent and MORE creative strategies, stories, brand trust etc. that can only INCREASE your credibility and TRUST. Which, of course, translates into more sales.
