o abide by when making use of our social media pages:
1. Privacy: We advise you not to publish any personal data on our wall. PrimePixels will not be held responsible for the distribution of your personal information should you share it in public comments/posts to our wall. Kindly send this type of information via inbox only.
2. Offensive imagery: We do not accept obscenities, insults, shocking content or graphic images. Any images we deem to be offensive/inappropriate will be removed from our pages and may result in the poster being banned/blocked from the page.
3. Offensive language: Abusive and vulgar language will not be tolerated on our pages. We ask that you convey your message in a professional manner avoiding any profanity. Queries that include offensive language will be deleted and may result in the poster being banned/blocked from the page.
4. Community feedback: Negative comments and criticism are welcomed, and help us to improve. However, we don’t want our pages to be dominated by repetitive messages or repeated discussions. Posting repetitive comments slows down our operations and goes against our Social Media Community Guidelines. In cases where we have already responded to your comment/concern and you continue to spam our social media accounts, you risk being banned from our pages. We also reserve the right to remove repeated comments to leave space for others.
5. Employees: Posting personal details like names, e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, videos or images of PrimePixels employees are not allowed and will be removed from our pages. If you post such content you risk being banned from our pages.
