We’ve been a little quiet over here... heads down supporting nonprofits through year-end fundraising and pouring into some big, meaningful projects. But today, we finally get to share something we’re really excited about! 💛✨

Mary brings 10 years of nonprofit experience, a collaborative spirit, and the kind of strategic clarity that helps organizations move from vision to action. We’ve had the joy of working with Mary on and off over the years, and we’re so grateful to have her back in our corner as our new full-time Strategy Director.

Her passion, her energy, her heart for mission-driven work, and her ability to bring structure to big ideas make her such a natural and perfect fit for this next era of Hoan.

With Mary on board, we’re opening up space for some new nonprofit partners looking for strategy support (things like fundraising planning and management, campaign development, digital marketing audits, goal-setting, donor engagement strategy, and MORE). 📈💬

It was an honor to facilitate a session in the "Art of Impact: Visual Storytelling Learning Lab" series, convened by the Nonprofit Management Fund and hosted at the Greater Milwaukee Foundation.

Across three interactive sessions, Milwaukee-area nonprofit leaders explored the art and science of visual storytelling. Through the lenses of a filmmaker, visual artists, and a marketing professional, participants uncovered the core elements that make stories memorable, emotionally resonant, and visually dynamic 🎨
