Save this for the next time your mic just doesn't work 🎙️

I can't tell you how many times this tool has saved my butt when I'm editing and the audio comes out echoey or full of background noise. Instead of reshooting, I run it through Adobe Podcast's Enhance Speech and it sounds like I recorded in a studio.

Here's how:
1. Go to podcast.adobe.com/enhance
2. Upload your audio or video file
3. Let it work its magic, then download the clean version
4. Drop it back into your edit and replace the original audio

does it again! While I'm an Adobe ambassador, this isn't a paid post. It's just truly my secret weapon, and I'm finally sharing it because I realized nobody knows about it.

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to Brick myself out of my phone so that I will stop refreshing a Reel that I just posted.

The dopamine hit of your likes or views or saves going up, up, up, is so addictive.

Similarly when a post flops, wanting to continue to refresh it in hopes for a different number every time is just as addicting.

Twice this week I had posts that weren’t doing exceptionally well when I went to bed.

But when I woke up, they had gotten thousands of views overnight.

One of them is sitting at 10K just 24hrs later.

So this is your PSA to post and go live.

Let Instagram do what it’s going to do and keep it moving.

So what hobbies are we adopting this fall instead?!

I just posted content without ever leaving Claude by Anthropic .

I have a whole folder of content that’s been collecting dust because getting it edited + captioned + scheduled always felt like a whole event. 

Now it takes two minutes and I can do it from my couch during nap time!

I saw a comment on one of my ads the other day that said she used to follow me for marketing advice but now I’ve “sold out to Collective.”

And while she’s allowed to feel that way, I couldn’t disagree more.

I’ve used Collective for almost 5 years. I’d honestly be lost in the backend of my business without them lol.

And yes — they run a lot of ads that are probably following you around the internet 😂

But they also pay me really well to do it. And that money has been a huge reason I’ve been able to stay afloat through two maternity leaves, two rounds of barely working while paying myself a full salary, and four years of trying to raise babies and keep my business afloat at the same time.

It hasn’t been easy (like at all lol) but clients like Collective are the reason it’s been possible and I’m so grateful for them.

At the end of the day, my superpower is making content that converts for brands, and I built an audience that lines up perfectly with a company I actually love working with.

That wasn’t luck — I built my business, platform, and audience strategically for a decade specifically so this could happen.

Those ads (along with my other UGC and partnership content) are what let me be a mom first.

And if that could inspire even one woman to build something of her own that gives her the same freedom, that’s 1000% worth it to me every time.

I'm officially outsourcing my yapping videos to Claude. Here's how 👇

I recorded a 5-minute talking head video for a reel and now my mind is blown because I figured out how to make Claude by Anthropic do all the editing.

I connected Claude to Descript and had it edit the whole thing down to 90 seconds.

I asked Claude to pick the best takes, cut the rambling, shorten the pauses, and keep a cohesive story.

I honestly wasn't sure how it would turn out but it actually worked so well?!

I went into the Descript project and made a few tweaks manually, but overall, it honestly did such a good job.

If you're a content creator drowning in editing (raises hand 🙋‍♀️), this is the AI video editing workflow you need to try yourself.

I use Claude for nearly everything in my content system now — scripting, repurposing, posting (more on that later) and apparently editing too — and Descript is still my favorite tool for actually cutting video.

A friend texted me asking how I made my little “Places I’ve Been Lately” scrapbook carousel, so here’s all my tips for creating this style of post:

You only need 3 elements on each slide:
🎥 1-2 video clips (the motion in contrast to static images makes it a little more interesting)
✂️ 1-2 cut-out images (the remove background tool does this in one click)
✨ 1-2 subtle looping animations (I added my favorites on screen)

Then export each slide as an MP4 and post it as a carousel like normal!
