What happens when a company stops using social media?

We looked at 16 companies with more than 100,000 social followers that stopped posting content on their social media profiles because they felt it was a waste of time.

Within 6 months, their organic social media traffic dropped 94% on average, and their revenue declined by 6%.

Don’t take organic social media for granted. Even if it doesn’t drive much direct sales, it can cause indirect sales over time.
