Frank Mungeam is the Director of Digital Media for the KGW Media Group. He manages the station’s news website KGW.com, named Best TV News Website in the Western US by the Associated Press in both 2012 and 2013. Mungeam is also responsible for the station’s 9 mobile and tablet apps, and it’s social media strategy. KGW’s social platforms have a combined reach of over 100,000 fans and followers. Mungeam has a Psychology degree from Harvard and a Masters in Communication from Gonzaga, and is an Adjunct Professor in the Creative Media and Digital Culture program at WSU-Vancouver, where he teaches a course in Social Media.

Justin Levy (Citrix): Justin heads up social media at Citrix Online, where he is a strategic advisor on all social media activities across the company, as well as being the editor-in-chief of Workshifting.com. Prior to joining Citrix Online, Justin was an executive director at New Marketing Labs, a social media and digital communications agency. Justin worked with clients ranging from Fortune 500 brands to small-to-medium sized businesses including: SAS, Sony, PepsiCo and Microsoft.
