Isolation from family, friends...the world, can be extremely difficult! Right?!
I noticed lately my frustration can trickle down to those undeserving of it. And what a horrible and guilty feeling that is...ughhhhh!
Giving yourself a and a moment alone is OK! Do something for you, take a nap, a bath, take a walk, try meditating, read a book or try writing in a journal.
Your mental health is just as important as your physical health... a timeout will help you find clarity and peace again.
